Section 3: Wellbeing -- Mental Health + Relationships
First things first.
My lawyer did not tell me to say this, although she would if I had one at this point.

I'm not a mental health professional, so don't let anything I share here become a substitute for what you're doing with your mental health or medical care provider.
I'm saying this because it's correct and accurate.
What I share here about journaling or mental health or relationships is based on my experience.
I share not to show how together I am.
I share not to show you how much "better" I am than you or anyone else.
I share because others poured into me the experiences of their pain and it is my privilege to do the same for you and with you.
This section showcases a few techniques I've used to help manage:
- Anger
- Anxiety
- Resentment
- Unrealistic expectations of myself and others
I'll continue to add techniques here, based on questions from you, as well as practices that have worked or are working for me, for clients, and for women I mentor as part of our recovery program.
