Welcome to the RoamCult Journals blog
August 03, 2020
Thanks for subscribing to the RoamCult Journals blog.

I'm Tracy Winchell and I've been journaling consistently for about 7 years, so I have a bunch of journaling techniques in my toolkit.

Each practice helps with a particular area of self-awareness and growth - from dealing with self-doubt and anxiety to developing a better sense of gratitude and spiritual or emotional growth.

Transferring these tools into my Roam Research database has resulted in exponential self-awareness for me.

That's why I wanted to create this blog and newsletter - to give back to the RoamCult community.

You'll get at least one post via email every week about:

  • Something I've learned from you or another member of RoamCult
  • A "how-to" video that teaches a journaling technique
  • An "aha" moment from my own journaling practice
  • Questions I have for you or responding to questions you might have for me

Enough about me.

How about you?

What's one thing in your life or work you'd like to change through journaling for self-awareness?

Hit reply with your response.

I'll read and reply.

Much Respect,

Tracy Winchell, RoamCult True Believer

P.S. You'll be receiving another email in the next several hours. I'm working on my first official post, featuring a conversation I had a couple of weeks ago with fellow RoamCult journaler, Kane Dodgson. We'll also include a link to the Otter.ai transcript and the video from the Facebook stream.
