I'm Tracy Winchell and I've been journaling consistently for about 7 years, so I have a bunch of journaling techniques in my toolkit.
Each practice helps with a particular area of self-awareness and growth - from dealing with self-doubt and anxiety to developing a better sense of gratitude and spiritual or emotional growth.
Transferring these tools into my Roam Research database has resulted in exponential self-awareness for me.
That's why I wanted to create this blog and newsletter - to give back to the RoamCult community.
